At first glance, House B looks somewhat smaller than it actually is. Tucked into a hillside near the sleepy Provençal village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, the house blends in com- fortably with its surroundings, despite its unusual design. This is largely due to the harmonious choice of materials – stone, wood and glass predominate in the appearance of the house, which looks both modest and refined.
